Earnings are expected sometime during the first week of December. The computer simulation model you suggested for predicting buyout situation from stock price dayly fluctutations is an interesting idea. No such model should be available though as the buyout of Lotus by IBM looked like a surprise that took everybody off guards. Ghassan. P.S. NOVL will not CLOSE under 10 (it would only do so after earnings if they come with a negative surprise).
