Joseph, based on technical analysis, I think this is not a good time to buy NETZ. I wouldn't be surprised to see it back to .40 by the end of the week, and back to it's old low by the end of April. There are also some fundamental events working against it. We also have the "Burgess date" coming up, and anybody's guess whether or not it's met. If it isn't I'd expect some serious weakness in the stock over the next month leading into the "ESVS date", and if you are hunting for a bargain, and believe that this company will eventually come through, that might be the best time to pick some up.
