Dear Paul: I am going to address several issues today,however at separate intervals due to my slow typing speed.The first one ----Zwebner filing form 3 and 4---that was at my insistence even though they were not required to do so--why--- to keep you all informed as to what is transpiring when it comes to employees (the good ,the bad and the ugly) I promised to keep the playing field equal.The shares were sold in the January to February period--- to the best of our knowledge they have little or no shares left.
