Obviously the WOTD bunch is not going to finance the entire deal out-of -pocket. The Reg S raised about $500,000. I also stated that these guys know financing as well. The main gist of my comments was to imply that WOTD will not come into being for the express purpose of driving up the stock and cashing in. The people running (WOTD) are there to create a viable and growing business.
