Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act (ISTEA) I am surprised that no one has mentioned this $200+ billion dollar piece of legislation and it's impact on Nuovinox. I personally believe we own the right company at the right time. Information on the ISTEA can be found at: istea.org
