Thanks Robert..I saw the SH post.

I suppose he is getting a little nervous since he is a share holder and has been for 10 months. I think he sees the same problems that I do. There were some 600 Silicon Valley IPO's over the last 18 months and a lot of these companies had both good financial backing and great intellectual property as well. How many now have share prices over their opening price. I had heard that it was something like 17%.

Derek Spratt had also been with PCS Wireless (I believe)and that stock has been a real loser for the longest time so it may or may not be good to draw parallels with Intrinsyc Software.
