TO: ALL CVIA THREAD PARTICIPANTS!! I have read some recent postings that I want to respond to, as I get the feeling that they can be misunderstood to mean either a positive or negative scenario! ( Depending how the opinion's are interpretted!) It was suggested by a posting contributor that some individuals associated with WOTD have been looking to do this deal for in the vicinity of three years! I have no idea if this information is accurate or not, but what I want to say in response to that suggestion/opinion is that it may very well be the case that WOTD has been looking for a vehicle to begin the Oil and Tires acquisition process. But! In my opinion I very much doubt that three years ago the neither CVIA nor WOTD had any idea or inkling that CVIA would be an attractive shell at this point in time to use as the start point vehicle for a listing process! If anyone has facts to prove otherwise I for one would be interested in hearing the details! ( But! In my opinion? Highly unlikely!). Please be careful and considerate and clearly state that the information that you post is your opinion or fact! And if it is fact? Then please try to give us more information to assist all of us in sharing our Research and DD on this thread! In my opinion, we are getting closer, I am still a believer that the merger/acquisition will take place! But! Keep in mind just my own opinion! Best Regards, Wayne J.
