Bernard, something I've been wondering about;
(I posed a similar question on the CVUS thread a few weeks ago, but got no response over there.)

In cities where WinStar now owns spectrum at both 28 GHz and 38 GHz, ie San Francisco where they have 500 MHz at 38 GHz and now have 1150 MHz at 28 GHz, can both frequencies use the same equipment, ie radios and antenaes?

Or will they need to build parallel networks, one for 28 and one for 38 GHz?

Is this just a software update, to tell the radio to broadcast at 28 or 38? Will radios just switch back and forth between 28 and 38, where ever the bandwidth is available? Or will certain customers always be on 38 and others always be on 28?

Any thoughts for us technically challenged?

Thanks,
Steve
