It benefits the 300 financial institutions of CheckFree, the Integrion Owners/Customers, and the yet uncomited Visa InterActive Banks which have to switch platforms later on this year. Should be pretty evident, although it is not; that this synergy between Intuit & CheckFree is the Behemoth and MSFDC is the Moth. One Nasty Combination...the only one which could ever hope to compete against it is MS....and their track record going head-to-head with Intuit speaks for itself. No big surge in customers today, or tomorrow....but just needed fuel down the road for the Genesis Rocket being built for us. Intuit & CheckFree...neither one makes any money[yet], but you can't beat them either. Working together they have a better chance then anybody of owning this channel...Good Luck to them both..
