Meltex and others,

There is no Jan-Mar filing. The latest quarter to be filed is 11/1/97-1/31/98. Since they reported their financials on 3/12, they have up to 60 days to file the aforementioned quarter (unless the SEC asks for them earlier, during this period). Source: John McGee.

Hence, we are looking at 5/12 at the outset. Afterwards, I BELIEVE they are due within 45 days after quarter close. If this is the case, then the 2/1/98-4/30/98 figures will be due 6/15/98. I defer to BONZ and other CPA's to verify that one.
