Ron! Talk about irony! As I was preparing this response, my lawyer called to inform me that we would be receiving a check TODAY for the judgement! Apparently not coming from GRNO, though....MC is paying it! You're right, though...it wasn't what we had hoped for! The jury didn't understand the "lost opportunity" we suffered when BC retracted all my husbands stock options (since 1994). The stock was trading @ $.25 or thereabouts and they felt the stock had no value. Intended to appeal, but...they were RIGHT....the stock is worth less than the cost of an appeal. It certainly isn't worth eating up another two years of our lives. I put my faith in the MAN UPSTAIRS to see that everyone gets their just rewards. Lost ALL faith in the JUSTICE system. But, we're doing fine! We finally let it all go. Joe is getting a second degree in Environmental Geology and has a 3.8. The hardest lessoned learned....never rely on anothers values, honesty, and trust to necessarily be as high as yours... AND ALWAYS GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!! (g) Or have LINDA TRIPP as your confidant! (VBG) Back to lurking...hoping my 7,500 shares will have SOME VALUE, one day! Rusty
