i agree...AMZN is an over-hyped player in a commodity mkt. how about the database market? Sybase and informix are clearly monkeys. Oracle is the gorilla, while Microsoft is a chimp. but what happens when the database market becomes inseparable from software and operating systems. i would think that Microsoft's gorilla status in the software market makes ORCL a sitting duck. do you think that ORCL is a local gorilla, but now it is about to get wiped out by the larger software gorilla game?
