Hi Joan, Cathi, Ken, Brandon, Andy, Dave, Jim, Keith and Everyone,

I just want to go over a few recent developements.

First, Ken Harmen and Jim Hembree, The two Board members from Dow, resign about three weeks ago. The reasons were monetary and professional. They helped with manufacturing processing, quality controls, budgets and cash flow utilizations. They have given AIRP a complete manufacturing Face lift. We Thank them for "Ironing out these
Wrinkles". Noteworthy,These gentlemens background are in the fields of Science. The company wasn't in a position to pay HUGE salaries for engineering services. Apparently,They wanted more money which we couldn't offer. Ken Harmen has offered to provide occassional consultation services. Al Trotter, Head of Marketing,is the temporary
President of AIRP.

Currently,we have canadates to fill the board positons. Every canadate has Strong and Proven Marketing Backgrounds and Accomplishments. We all know that AIRP needs to increase revenue.
An efficient Market Plan implemented through talented marketing
executives should increase sales.

Recently, The market hasn't been treating our stock with much respect.
On Oct. 23, we had a 350,000 shr sell on the bid on the VSE. We have no reasonable idea why this happen but we concluded that it was an irrational move. We still have shareholders who have bought AIRP at 3.00Shr 7.5 yrs ago .... maybe they(one person or entity) just was tired of waiting. It is unfortunate because the company continues to improve.

I would like to say to all current owners of AIRP, THANKS FOR YOUR
continue support of AIRP....Packaging for the 21st Century.

With Best Regards,
Rich
