Ramsey, pooch: how can this NOT be an extremely positive development for the Q? Ramsey, yes Philips is the company that LU sold its handset manufacturing division to, retaining a not insignificant ownership % if memory serves. The cessation of litigation is always a welcome development, particularly when the protagonist is one of the largest companies in the world.
But, isn't the even bigger plus that we now have one more mega-heavyweight pushing the CDMA standard? Pooch, seriously tell me if I've got this goofed up because I think the market has lost its grip completely. Frigging stocks are going up on bad news, and maintaining or declinging on good news. Mikey not taking his direction from that source!
Thanks, Mike Doyle
