I think your question about how WCII will implement P-MP is a good one and one which investor relations should be willing to answer. Why not ask them? Better you, than me, as you are technically far more fluent. Also, the equipment aside, I believe a big difference between 38 and 28GHz is that 38GHz requires no prior coordination with the FCC, meaning only WCII needs only to make sure its paths don't interfere with each other; using 28 means having to file with FCC in advance, meaning much longer lead times, fall-out between sales and installations, etc. Is this still the case?
