Mark--

Obviously the pilot plant will give Naxos a means by which they can test the J/L process first-hand. The results, if positive, could have a dramatic effect on the stock price, morale, and possibly bring in new heavy-duty investors. If the results are not favorable then the opposite effect may occur. There is no doubt that Naxos needs to be and will be careful with regards to the pilot plant and its use.

Regardless of the above....Is it possible that F/L has enough gold that can be extracted through standard recovery techniques? Or is the above statement laughable?

Picture my dream sequence: Pilot plant sets up...standard techniques used.....approx. .2opt numbers.....whallah! When the J/L method is used in conjunction....approx. .3 numbers....double whallah with gravy!

Anyway...curious to hear your response.

Regards,

Jason

P.S. With regards to your statement "resources that will be better used in other areas such as a drilling program to continue to prove up the property" Mark---who cares if it's there if we can't extract it?

It is my understanding that there are many DD's that may have gold of a complex nature that are either too difficult or too expensive to extract. I think that the most prudent measure of Naxos' worth would be to show--live and in person--(by using the pilot plant) that we can extract the gold economically. In my opinion, the longer that we waste time not proving this....the more doubt that is cast upon our fine company.
