JMD, Not bass ackwards, but it seems that you gave RMBS more credit than due. RMBS licenses its memory interface architecture to licensees who then pay a royalty to include that interface design in other products which the licensee then designs. The licensee may then either produce the chips or have a foundry do it. Essentially, RMBS is 1 step further removed from chipmaking than what I interpreted in your not. Ian.
