Mel, interesting, Briefing.com is usually dead on, I read it often, but in my excitement never read the in the play section. They underestimate the powers that be IMO. They should come over to SI and do some more DD. Fact of the matter is, Reidel, who issued the release almost 2 hours after being contacted by the NASD, and who's had the whole weekend to sweat it out, owns less than 100k shares between him and the CFO Gerber. They have no leverage. Someone call the bank and tell them to change the signature on ATXI's payroll checks.
