No announcement from Citi/MSFDC, I wonder if something broke down, like Chase(or First Card) saying that if Citi joins the fold, they would move their accounts to TSYS. I'm sure there are allot of politics going on.

On another note:

The only reason Banc One was doing a Pilot for MSFDC is because of First Card (which is already with FDC). Banc One knows that FDC would be the bill presenter anyway, and saw the Pilot as a competitive measure for its credit card business. The end result will be MSFDC will present First Card Bills, CheckFree will do everything else. IMO.
