On the positive note, weather is cold in Phoenix as I type this but warming up, tournament will be played in conjunction with the course opening. They say that this would attract sponsors, hope so. But it is not sponsors they needed, it was TV coverage. Kinda of odd though given that David Marr Junior is a long-term TV consultant for Traditions. Why were sponsors so hard to find and TV time so impossible, someone filming with it airing sometime in the future is not my idea of successful TV coverage.
