For folks interested in Telecom, ... April 1st, Peter Kiwit.. will spinoff its telecom assests. The symbol will be LVLT, and if you haven't heard of it, it's called level two. The company expects to spend $3 billion in laying down fibre optic cables and if i'm not mistaken, have completed 3600 miles of it.
