Hey Wayne, just a thought on that comment about WOTD being in the works for 3 years...This in fact MAY be a true statement. I tried searching for the info (I believe Mike Boiko) posted from when he called the State of Wa. I recall him posting that WOTD was incorporated in the state of WA back in 1995, hence 3 years ago. If this group of business men formed and invested in a corporation with this vision, then I must believe that they looked at MANY clean, public shells until they found CVIA. Although CVIA entered the picture late last year, the business plan should have been already in place and acquisition targets identified and contacted. This "reading between the lines" by me is probably the reason I'm so excited about the stability and the potential of this merger. BTW - this afternoon dip in price allowed another of my orders to execute. (An additional 40% of my total holdings...)
