none taken....first, ODETA evidently won preliminary lawsuit against STK, in a Va. court....for, supposedly, $ 70 MM., a lot of cash when and if paid to ODETA, so, yes, there was "news", check it out....
the other point, was that my concept "times" buy/sell moments, by employing long-existing, repeating patterns, whereby, one had to buy near the lows, long BEFORE anyone even begins to get "bullish", so that we are in, before anything better occurs, with stops for protection....I bought, not having any inkling of any lawsuit....
with a depr. basing issue like ODETA (which am now out of, this am, as explained), rising too much, too soon, "on news", near resistance technically, has been as good a place to lighten up as any, in similar stocks, the last few decades, historically....note the "price gap", which normally means this was a surprise event to most all people...
hence, using technicals has beaten trying to use fundamentals the vast majority of the time, historically, to buy near bottoms, and here's more proof....again, just my way, everyone has their own way (though my many followers have done very well, but each to his own), and I teach my concepts constantly to help others....I often buy/sell early, to remove any emotion, and hopefully garner the easiest/most portion of any gains, when I get them like ODETA, best wishes, guy, and congrats to you also....this can be learned, and practiced....thanks, |
