Gosh, CharlieBoy ... maybe I'm being a bit too naive here ... I don't think that taking "unemployed people and training them to be millennium bug busters" is going to be very successful. Now, I know that my good buddy Tony Blair, the British Prime Minister, probably spent tons of money doing a study on this ... so my thoughts are probably way off base. So, just in case I'm wrong, I'll sell all my Y2K stocks and invest in that trendy restaurant you're going to open. What say we specialize in "Fool's Soup".
