DELL's business is centered around those 100-1,000 PC customers. NOT THE <100 customers. That is exactly why this is important.

I know we'd like to think of ourselves as important as individual consumers, but to DELL our significance is not the driving force. It is the corporate customers. DELL is not GTW!!!!!
