Level 3 Loses $200 Million!!!!! The Kiewit Board of Directors is going to "force" the conversion of the Kiewit Class R Stock with in the next two months. Approximately 8 million shares will be converted to Level 3 Stock at a cost of $25/share to Level 3 Communications.
