It's all right, stockboy....sometimes a rant is healing. To all: I am getting some interesting info from some acquaintances over in the Bay Area. Please note this is info passed on to me from persons that you have no idea as to whether or not they know what they are talking about. From what they have "told" me before, they have an unbelievable reliability ratio. I'm just relaying this to the thread because it's such a slow day....salt it! What we've been referring to as GX3 may not get into production as soon as hoped. The initial tests had this product so far ahead of any competition that S3 wanted to degradate the performance so that it wouldn't look like it was 3 generations beyond what was now on the market. With a few minor tweaks we get GX3, GX3.5 and GX-IV for the next 3 production cycles---almost zero cost. They also mentioned licensing some product to Intel.....Vortex? JP O&U (Come on, George...if others can do this, why can't I do it.....Man, it just ain't fair).
