Leigh,

I apologize for my ignorance. I appreciate your help. I hope you
don't mind me asking a few more questions.

Could you explain your take on the resolution of the
NLP situation? Does it mean that the shareholder interests
in IOT, TCI, and CMETS will be better safeguarded as well?

Why is ARB listed with a such a low reported book value,
but rumored to control huge assets? And why does NLP
have a negative book value?

I am contacting shareholder relations to get more information,
but I'm not sure I have the time or the background to analyze
the intricate complexities here.

I do like the 5-7 year performance, low Price-Book ratio, the
divident yields, and the general prospects for real estate in the
Texas area. However, there has been a boom in REIT's everywhere,
which partially explains the 5-7 year performance. Moreover, the
fees are high, recent performance has been flat to poor, the
management doesn't to seem to have the shareholders interest at
heart, and I don't like investing in situations I don't understand.

Thus, I have yet to make up my mind about whether I should invest,
and which company I should invest in. Any more insights would be
appreciated.

Thanks!!
MC
