This is how the game works:
I hope all of you realize how this stock will be played. What I am about to say is my opinion only and not based on any "inside" info or sources close to the company. OK
Public info: Dakota is promoted (better yet, will be promoted) by the same person who promotes Coleville. He also has/had his hands involved with plays such as Software Control Systems, Antarese, Western Premium, and Gallery(?). He is very good in the sense that he will take a shell and transform it into a very hot play that actually has decent medium to long term potential. So far, Coleville (which traded in the $0.20 range prior to his involvement) has done extremely well for him. Coleville MIGHT have a great property, but it DEFINITELY has great promotions!!!!!
Now to Dakota and what will occur. The object of the promotor is to get as many shares as he possibly can get at the cheapest prices. READ GEORGE CHELEKIS'S VIEWS ON STOCK PROMOTIONS AND MANIPULATIONS. At first, the promotor will buy a lot of stock when the stock is at cheap prices. Than, people will get wind of his involvement, and the stock usually will run to 52-week high levels. The next day, the promotor and his friends will sell some of their shares to knock the price back down. This will cool the fire and retreat the stock price. He will accumulate at low volume and the price will NOT exceed a price pre-determined by him (in this case $0.50 - recall that Dakota did not pass this level until recently!). Than, he might let out some rumors and "allow" the price to go up to a certain level (i.e. $0.65); this will be a tease because HE IS NOT READY YET!!!!! The price will fall because there will be no support and people will sell on panick. HE KNOWS THIS! He will again accumulate shares at low levels (i.e. <$0.40) and the cycle will begin all over again. SOONER OR LATER, PEOPLE WILL GET SICK OF THESE PRICE SWINGS AND WILL JUMP SHIP. GUESS WHO'S BUYING YOUR SHARES???? YOU GOT IT, the PROMOTOR! The more cycles you see, the greedier the promotor. This will occur until he and his friends are satisfied with the number of shares that they own. This will usually occur after he is finished with his previous play (i.e. Coleville; DO YOU SEE THE RELATIONSHIP NOW???)
When everybody thinks the play is dead, that's when you should be most aware. I expect this play to die down in the next few weeks to months. The stock will stay in the current range and might even go below $0.35. LOOK AT THE BOARD AND YOU WILL NOTICE THAT THE STOCK IS GOING NO WHERE IN THE IMMEDIATE FUTURE. Than, one day, the stock will increase 50%-100% and than the excitement will begin. He will start to promote the stock and might actually vend in good properties in this stock to make the play even better. You will know when to sell when you EVERYBODY knows about the play and EVERYBODY is talking about it. The louder he screams, the more you sell. Yes, it MIGHT actually be a great property, but why chance it. Take your money off of the table and then some, and keep the rest in the play if you wish.
This is only my opinion and thus do not BLAME me if I am right or wrong. Do what you wish with your money. Best bet is to accumulate some shares now, some next week, and some next month. A little here and a little there. AS LONG AS THE PROMOTOR ACCUMULATES SHARES AND THUS IS INVOLVED IN THE STOCK, you KNOW this stock will be a $2.00-$3.00 stock. This is my strategy. I think it will work.
Good luck,
