The following is from Canaccords' Morning Coffee briefly explaining the days trading of PVO on Friday:

PVO with $12.8M is issuing 33M shs to merge with Gabriel Resources (GBU-V) with 65% int. in reported 2.6M ozs. Romanian deposit. E. European projects tend to garnish deep discount with slow progress and political uncertainty.
