if you remove all the "noises" from the earning report, you can see that share outstanding jump about 300%, but sale jump only 250% and gross margin jump only 150%. It is not "HUGE" earning or sale jump by any means. Just look at the new announcement of acquisition. I don't know how much it is going to cost them but buying 20 million to get 850k of gross margin is slim. More deal like this and it is just going to get more ugly in the next financial report. Management talked a lot about singergy with all the acquisition. Show me the savings!!!
