Interesting link on the Brazil Financial Wire explaining some details of the privatization model from last November. Basically a rehash of what we know, but interesting reading all the same. The number of resulting companies has since been changed from 13 to 12 as a result of combining two of the cellular companies that were initially defined. sf agestado.com
