DC, I also talked to her to at about 4:45 CST. As you and others have said before, she was very nice. Regarding 10K, she said there would not be any conference call tomorrow regarding earnings but she hoped there would be an announcement regarding exact time of the call. Regarding financing, she told me to expect an announcement tomorrow or Wed. and the time of the earnings announcement would possibly be included. I sensed that she was being very hesitant about earnings information and I did not go into the details with her you did about the financing. Thanks for digging further. Did you get the impression that there could be neither a financing announcement nor a financial report tomorrow? She seemed on both to indicate that it could be Wed.?
