Yah right! Anyway, I heard something regarding Bankruptcy... Someone mentioned that a broker felt SEXI was going to file for bankruptcy protection. I was think about this awhile ago but can't believe it right now. The only reason you file for bankruptcy (7,11,13?) is to hopefully reorganize and protect youself from creditors and (lawsuits?). I don't believe SEXI has any real concern over creditors but what about lawsuits? My gut feeling is protection is not needed right now because lawsuits take a few years to unfold. Just about every company faces a lawsuit. If SEXI gets the price up, I would guess that 95% of the complaints would be dropped. If SEXI wanted to reorganize, would they file bankruptcy? I don't think so, that MUST destroy every possible deal. I'm in favor of a name, symbol, and management change. How about something like "AccuSystems - ACS" or "NexGen Systems - NGS" or something. Start with a fresh name and some honest faces? Any comments on bankruptcy? Aloha
