Patrick,so a shell is a scam company that under the new regulations must file to maintain its ticker symbol,and then it sells its ticker symbol to the highest bidder,a non-shell non-scam private company that has no problem with forming an alliance with a bunch of crooks who have been ripping off the innocent for years with their worthless shell.Also,knowing how these people are how can you believe a word they are telling you about a deal,what are the chances you are to them just another mark---I realize that for some,as in your case,penny stocks are just a way for a young kid to make some cash,but this ain't trading,it's a carnival sideshow,but good luck,anyway.max90
