Rebuttle to Douglas Craig:

's assume a 50% profit margin. The $300,000 dollars in earnings would then be spread out over the 93 million shares. That gives us a per share earnings of $.0032. A whole third of a penny! There may be market makers messing with this stock, but we are not going to go much beyond the current price without a reduction of the float.

True it's only $.0032 earnings per share but you have to consider
what a fair P/E earnings ration is for a company in this business...
Any one have any ideas?

If you take a true P/E into account of say 20 (not sure if that is
the industry standard...) but that would make a fair value for this
stock at $.06 with just this one deal. If we can expect similar or
better deals this year that number goes up quite a bit.

So, if you take just todays news alone, for a P/E of 20, the stock
should be around $.06 . If by some stroke of God, they get the
50,000,000 or a portion of that resolved before they give the
dividend, it would be a real sweet deal.

Draw your own conclusions Craig.
