Jim, you did misread my message. I mean to say that it was a real smart move for LU/Philip. They have nothing to lose by paying a little now for a head start over competitors. Whether QCOM wins remains to be seen except LU/Philip has taken themselves out of the battle. They win either way. Ramsey
