Don't know if this has been quoted here before (it's from Interactive Week, Feb 2), but just came across it in doing some research on Qwest. It cites QWST VP Guy Cook: "They [Level 3] don't have an infrastructure," said Cook, who added that L3 makes a good fiber-sales prospect: "I view L3 as a company we should do business with."
