Please reread my post. I didn't ask you to leave. I merely asked that you open up a new thread (within the IOMG forum boundary) that you could use as the forum for your opinions. Then those that wish to participate can simply bookmark your forum and participate at will.

In your world I can see how you think all of us are in this IOMG narcosis and therefore can't see that the sky is really red. That is the difference -- some of us like to believe in a free market system that will allow a working class stiff to make a few bucks without the fear that "Why the hell should I invest, when some goon on Wall Street is just going to play me like a fool."

If you are ready to discuss IOMG -- without the "It just doesn't matter because we are all controlled by Big Brother MM" then lets do it.

- What do you think about the competitive threats that have been discussed.
- What kind of distribution penetration does the LS-120 or CDRW have and can they leverage their OEM partners.
- What will be the impact of consumer trends in gathering and manipulating information and how will that affect the storage of that information.
- Can Jaz cross over from a vertical market product to a horizontal, mass consumer product.
- Does Ditto actually compete against Zip

I think people on this thread would like to continue to discuss these and other types of topics without thinking we are all just blind to reality.

again, just MHO.
