Bob,

Could it not be somebody selling off big that just bought at the bottom?? Let's say one or two people picked 2M shares at less the .03=$60K They intern start the selling at .06 double and let the MMs make their money between .065-.07 Once the buying pressure subsides they market order the rest and take what ever they can. I think your right somebody is playing with this, but WHO?
