Scott,

From WSJ's article: Jobs could stay as long as he wants, it's a good
indication of excellent Q2 since the official Q2's final day was
3/28 (last Friday). I assume that Apple's BOD already obtained
the final draft Q2 data in the weekends and immediately send a follow-up
announcement by Wollard to WSJ. Anyway, it seems BOD are so satisfied
with Jobs that they could provide him the choices with the least
constraints. I couldn't think of anything other than Q2 results that
can make BOD so generous and confident.

Phil
