Wouldn't it be nice if the partner turned out to be the Department of Agriculture or the FDA? Seriously, I think a joint venture is sensible and in keeping with SATC's history of trying to get others to pay for their R&D. For giving up some equity, it all happens faster and with greater penetration if the right partner is chosen.

Hope you spoke with a SATC employee as opposed to their PR firm.
