Well, my little "birdie" was singin' the wrong tune - Bayer opts out. Wonder if the co was sitting on this news until they could tunnel it with today's announcement? Probably, but so what. I will accept the ceo's assertion to me a while ago that he wouldn't care if Bayer opted for or not - and as a matter of fact he hoped to get the marketing rights back. At that time, his bravado made me very circumspect, but since the Fisher announcement, my fears about the business side of this co has been somewhat mitigated.
