eASY mARK, Manny, et al: The explanation afforded by Mark has been detailed to me by an option trader ....almost verbatum. Nice Job EM....Though I have studied statistics I am mostly a securities trader...relying one 1) Technicals 2) News 3) Market Conditions....

I must say the price action of late has been concerning and disappointing....from a short term perspective. As I have said I think for a short term move toward $12+ we would need some news by the end of this week or we re-visit $9...

From a long term view I agree with Mark and beleive the stock will trade around $10 but the highest trade level will reflect this "story" stocks volatility and potential and more likely be $13-$15.
For no apparent statistical reason other than momentum; once it starts to rise on news... aka buying demand (a trader's mentality).

With partnerships, I beleive the low end of the trading band will become $12 with a high end $17...again the statiscal analysis of EM's post is excellent but the demand for IRC shares will increase on the part of large mutual funds and institutions if additional confidence is shown in IRC by some corporate drug giants...and beleive it or not there are not a lot of huge blocks of stock for sale on this stock at current price levels....10-15k are small trades.

I continue to believe IMNR has a 50% return possible with a three month investment horizon for the above reasons. In other words, I am a buyer under ten and a seller at or above 15 for the next three months. I don't think I would short IMNR during this period of time.

Long term ( 1 year )I will always hold some IMNR....hoping for Remune's approval and the really big payoff.

good luck,

bob
