James: The boxing gloves are fine Sir Gentle Giant but those gym shorts got to go. RECY management has shown an excellent ability to grow the company so far. I suspect that their reasons for selling more shares/warrants are to continue that game plan on the same ambitious level that they have been going. Which would I rather have, more stockholders or more debt? Hhhmmmmm. If they use the money wisely and show strong earnings increases, no question that we will all profit from the growth, no matter how many of us there are. I will continue to trust management until I see signs of their being irresponsible. Some stockholders will get nervous with the new issue and will look to get out. I don't think this is the time to look for the exit, but will use any weakness to accumulate additional shares. You need some practice on the right cross, but the jabs look fine. Radar
