All I can say is 'Holy Shit'. Can someone make an educated stab at the meaning of this? Does it indicate that ADGI foresee an inability to meet operating expenses for the coming decade? Is it only funding for telephonetics? Is there another major venture on the horizon? Why would they do this to our shareholder value when the main complaint about their financing decisions has been the size of the float? hmmm.
