Getting back to some serious business I strongly believe the market for BAAT's dolphin pulse charge technology is in Europe EastEurope.....Hungry,Austria,Romania,Serbia,Croatia,Slovenia,Slovakia
the west Europe Germany,Poland,Spain, Belgium and Switzerland
and North Europe Norway, Sweeden , Finland and Denmark..

The reason being the high cost of gasoline .. around $ 4.0 a gallon and the unbearable air pollution
