Porter, why have there never been any BCE leaps(to the best of my knowledge)? Very few stocks are dividend plays these days but BCE used to be and there were some nice strategies with leap puts and a long position in the stock. In addition, who makes the call on whether the leaps are offered or not. Thanks in advance.
