I talked to Joe Murphy this evening and will endeavor to answer what I can.

1. Why he was selling at the same time Michael was saying it would be idiotic for anyone to do so.
1. At this time there is no answer, but Joe is looking into that exact question.

2. Why Charles found it necessary to put personal funds into CC-Canada at a time DCI apparently had access to substantial amounts of cash?
2.Charles was helping to clean up a situation that had a limited time frame to get done. He did it with Joe's permission.

3. What Grupo meant when he reported that you had put a leash on the Zwebners and no more shares were to be sold?
3. As far as the leash, Joe Murphy is supposed to be the only poster from DCI Telecommunications on this thread. No more shares dont know.

4. Why did Charles find it necessary to sell shares on the open market when you had a standing offer to buy shares from any and all?
4. The company is paying less than market for all private transactions, so I guess that Charles saw he could get more in a public arena.

5. Why did you not advise us yourself in Jan. and Feb. that Zwebner was one of the CC shareholders who was then in the process of selling?
5.Morrow and Co. did not recieve that information until sometime late Feb. or early March. Morrow can see the selling firm but not the selling individual on a weekly basis, I think.

6. Was Michael Z. also selling at the same time he was making such
optimistic statements about "Watching his fingers?"
6. Not known by me at this point, we will have to see if Morrow comes up with any more information.
