Unfortunately, I have some experience with consolidations. They
consolidate. The insiders, if they haven't already sold out,
do so. The stock tanks. You have 1,000 shares instead of 10,000
and the price is back down to 10 cents. Don't ask me how I know?
I can't talk about it without hitting my head on the edge of the
desk and I don't want to get blood on the keyboard.

The only one I've ever had come back from the dead is WT.
100,000 turned into 6,333. Dropped to 20 cents. Kaiser put it
on his bottom fishing list. I filled out to 10,000. It's now
1.65. I'm in the money. I hate it though when I get saved by
dumb luck (not that I'd turn it down). In spite of the amount
of stock SPQ has out, it has made a couple of runs to a 60-70
cent range.

I'm superstitious. Every time I hear the word consolidate, I cross
myself.
